400\">El Colectivo de Mujeres Afrocampesinas de Manantialito es un grupo intergeneracional de aproximadamente 15 mujeres, profundamente arraigado en v\u00ednculos familiares y comunitarios, que se ha propuesto recuperar y defender las pr\u00e1cticas alimentarias afroguajiras como forma de resistencia y cuidado colectivo. Desde 2020, el colectivo viene consolidando un proceso organizativo que combina la transformaci\u00f3n artesanal de alimentos, la formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica \u00e9tnica, y la exigencia activa del derecho a la consulta previa, procurando construir as\u00ed una propuesta integral que le apuesta a la autonom\u00eda 400\">Las mujeres del colectivo resisten desde m\u00faltiples frentes. Elaboran harinas de yuca, pl\u00e1tano, guineo y otros tub\u00e9rculos siguiendo recetas heredadas de sabedoras como do\u00f1a Nora, quien recuerda el \"coro\", una harina fresca que aliment\u00f3 generaciones enteras. Lo que comenz\u00f3 como autoconsumo se ha transformado en un proyecto de comercializaci\u00f3n comunitaria que desaf\u00eda la dependencia econ\u00f3mica impuesta por el extractivismo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero su resistencia no se limita a la alimentaci\u00f3n. El colectivo se ha convertido en escuela pol\u00edtica, preparando a la comunidad para ejercer su derecho a la consulta previa. A trav\u00e9s de talleres autogestionados y alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas, han confrontado a empresas como Cerrej\u00f3n, neg\u00e1ndose a aceptar consultas expr\u00e9s, representantes impuestos o acuerdos simulados.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mantienen adem\u00e1s una alerta permanente ante nuevas amenazas extractivas, especialmente proyectos de exploraci\u00f3n de cobre que, seg\u00fan rumores persistentes en las veredas, ya estar\u00edan operando sin consulta previa ni informaci\u00f3n clara. Sue\u00f1an con formalizar su iniciativa de transformaci\u00f3n de alimentos y consolidarla como una alternativa econ\u00f3mica real en escenarios de transici\u00f3n y cierre minero justo.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para lograrlo, necesitan deshidratadores solares, maquinaria adecuada, apoyo t\u00e9cnico para cumplir con registros como el Invima y la tabla nutricional, e inversi\u00f3n estatal. Pero saben que todo esto ser\u00eda in\u00fatil sin autonom\u00eda organizativa y sin respeto por sus formas de habitar el territorio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Su apuesta es que la experiencia de transformaci\u00f3n de alimentos sea reconocida como parte de una reconversi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica justa, capaz de sostener la vida digna en territorios atravesados por d\u00e9cadas de despojo minero. En este camino, el respaldo de redes solidarias y fondos como el GGF ha sido clave para seguir alimentando la siembra de autonom\u00eda desde lo
